By using the Sites, you ("you," "your," "user") agree to the policies below.

When you join our list or purchase a Product, you may receive marketing and educational emails from us, sent through Kajabi and Ontraport. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send you transactional messages (such as receipts and product-access information) related to your purchases.

Payment Processors & Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties to operate our business, including Kajabi (course/guide hosting and delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), and Ontraport (email and marketing). When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, PayPal, and/or Kajabi under their own privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card details.

Third-Party Websites

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or content. We may have financial relationships with some of the companies, products, or services mentioned on the Sites and may be compensated if you follow certain links. Testimonials & User-Generated Content

We love to celebrate our students' wins. By submitting a testimonial, review, photo, social-media tag, or message to us, you acknowledge and agree that we may use that content in marketing and promotional materials across the Sites, social media, email, and advertising. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Content you provide to us is non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above (such as our hosting, payment, analytics, advertising, and email platforms) so they can perform services on our behalf, or when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Please read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before using the Sites or purchasing any Product. By using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Sites and must discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Product or create an account. By using the Sites, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Accounts & Member Access

Most Products are delivered through Kajabi, where you will create an account to access your content. You may not use another person's account, and you may not share your username or password with anyone else. You are the sole owner of your account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login secure.

Communications & Email Consent

By purchasing a Product or signing up for a free resource, you consent to receive emails from Look Good In Photos, including marketing, promotional, and educational emails, as well as transactional messages related to your purchase (such as receipts and product-access information). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Transactional messages related to your purchases may still be sent as needed.

License to Use Our Content

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, and view that Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Under this license, you may not:

• Share, distribute, or provide copies of any Product or its materials to anyone who has not purchased it
• Use any materials for commercial purposes, public display, or resale
• Copy, download, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transmit our content in any way that infringes our intellectual property rights
• Claim ownership of any of our content, including guides, videos, worksheets, checklists, graphics, trademarks, or other materials

If you violate these restrictions, your access may be terminated immediately without a refund, and you must destroy any downloaded materials. We reserve the right to seek monetary compensation, damages, and associated legal fees for any violation of our intellectual property rights.

Access to Products

All Products provide instant access upon successful payment, including Products purchased through a payment plan. Choosing a payment plan does not delay your access; you receive full access immediately and remain responsible for all installment payments (see the Refund Policy below).

No Guarantee of Results

Our Products are educational. We believe they provide valuable tools and instruction as marketed, but we make no guarantee regarding any specific result or outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and application. See the Disclaimer Policy below.

Modifications to These Terms

We may modify, add to, or replace these Terms at any time without advance notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, as reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. We retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe a violation of these Terms is taking place or originating.

Refund Policy

All of our Products are digital and non-refundable. This applies to The Vacation Posing Guide, the Swim Posing Guide, the Couples Posing Guide, the Summer Posing Bundle, the Swim Posing Bundle, the Posing Starter Pack, 101 Ways to Pose, the Couples Photos Rescue Fix, and 5 Secrets for Better Photos.

Because you receive immediate access to a digital product upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, including for "changing your mind." Please review the product description, sales page, and these policies, and be certain a Product is right for you before purchasing. If you believe you were charged in error or have a problem accessing your Product, email christine@posedperfect.com and we will help.

Payment & Purchase

You may pay using a credit card or PayPal through our processors Kajabi, Stripe, and/or PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. You will receive an electronic receipt, which you should keep for your records. You understand that information collected during purchase (such as name, billing details, and payment information) may be collected and processed by us and our payment processors.

Payment Plans & Installments

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to automatically charge your payment method the amount due on the scheduled dates agreed to at checkout, without further notice before each charge.

Although Stripe or PayPal may use the word "subscription" in their interfaces, our payment plans are installment payments, not subscriptions. You are charged and liable for the full purchase price, divided into the number of installments selected at checkout. You receive full, instant access to the Product at the time of your first payment.

If a payment fails or is declined, you remain liable for the full purchase price, and we may suspend or revoke access until the balance is paid. We reserve the right to seek the unpaid balance. Please do not use a payment plan to avoid full financial responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Our Products are one-time digital purchases (paid in full or by installment plan), not ongoing subscriptions, so there is nothing to "cancel" in the sense of a recurring membership. If you are on a payment plan, selecting it created an installment obligation for the full purchase price, which remains due even if you stop using the Product (see the Refund Policy above).

Termination by Us

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any Product or the Sites for any reason, including violation of these policies or fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. Where access is terminated due to a violation, no refund will be provided.

Posing involves physical activity, including movement, positioning, and balance. By using our Products, you accept that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified medical professional before attempting any pose or physical suggestion in our Products to ensure it is appropriate for your individual health and physical condition. We are not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the poses or suggestions in our Products.

Limitation of Liability

Your decision to use any materials or information on the Sites is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Look Good In Photos, its owner, and anyone working on its behalf will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, harm, or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Sites or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any effect on your mental or physical health, income, or business.

Technology Disclaimer

By using the Sites, you understand and agree that we are not liable for risks associated with online platforms, including downtime, functionality issues, viruses, or other harmful elements that may affect your device.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, USA, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
